The Board is responsible for the school’s long-term vision, governance and sustainability, while the Head of School leads the educational and operational life of the school. The success of an international school depends on both roles being clearly understood and carried out with professionalism, accountability and a shared commitment to excellence.

I’m Simon Taylor, an education consultant with many years of experience in governance and leadership within international schools. I have seen a lot, learnt a lot and studied a lot. I want to share my knowledge and perspectives to help you and to support the school’s path towards excellence.
